We have arrangements with a few operators who field test our products for us. If any product fails, we go back to the manufacturer and re-engineer it. We then field test it again. Any products you see on our website have passed our field testing process. We stand behind any products we sell.
Where we can, our preference is to buy Australian. Ultimately, our aim is to have all our parts manufactured in Australia.
We are a small company and therefore don’t have the overheads of bigger companies. We then only need a smaller profit margin to cover our expenses.
Our belts are manufactured here in Australia with the emphasis on quality. All of the cleats on our belts are attached using a high frequency welder. This effectively melts the cleat and the surface of the belt so they become the one piece. For the cleat to be pulled off, the surface of the belt must come with it.
We do use original part numbers for our product codes. If you don’t have a parts manual, contact us and we will tell you where to get them.
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. And, if you spend more than $500.00, we will ship free of charge anywhere in Australia.
